ECOWAS – Protocol Relating to the Definition of the Concept of Products Originating from Member States of ECOWAS, 2002
This protocol was enacted on 2 April 2002 in Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire. It is the revised version of the 1976 Protocol Relating to the Definition of the Concept of Products Originating from Member States of ECOWAS. This repeals and replaces all existing provisions which are incompatible with the earlier provisions.
Signatories were Benin, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Cape Verde, Guinea, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea Bissau, Gambia, Liberia, Niger, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo.
